Delivery Details

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. For all orders received order after 2:00 pm, the next day will be considered as the first day of processing duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on holidays (including national holidays).

Our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us.

Sometimes, shipping/delivery might get delayed due to

1. bad weather

2. flight delays

3. political disruptions

4. other unforeseen circumstances

The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Responsibility on post delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, the user will be responsible for title and risk of loss for the ordered products.

Returns & Refund Policy

If your order’s missing an item or you receive a damaged or wrong product drop us an email at nama.parents@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll reship at no extra cost to you. Please note that we won’t be able to take any replacement or refund requests after this 48 hour window.

In case of non food:

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition upon return which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you. Once we have the received the returned shipment and your return has been processed, your refund amount will be processed immediately.

However, kindly note that some banks take from 7 days to 21 days to complete the refund process.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

1. Damages due to misuse of product;

2. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

3. Digital products/services;

4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, and all other parts originally included with the product/s delivered.

Cancellation of orders by the user, website and the company

In case you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at nama.parents@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We won’t be able to process your cancellation after this time window.

For any fraudulent activity, Nama and the website reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Nama and the website also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website, stock unavailability, bulk orders and incomplete information or address provided by the user. The user’s internet protocol (IP) will be logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.
