Yes — always. What you see on the label is everything that’s in the bag. No fillers, no additives, no preservatives. Ever.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We source from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality and transparency. All ingredients are human grade where applicable and free from hormones and antibiotics.

Are your treats suitable for puppies?
Some treats are suitable for puppies, others are recommended for adult dogs only. Each product page includes guidance — and you’re always welcome to message us if you’re unsure.

Are your treats grain-free?
Yes — all Nama treats are grain-free and gluten-free.

NUTRITION QUESTIONS

I want to switch my dog to a raw diet. Can Nama help?
Nama’s founder is a certified canine nutritionist. While we can’t provide individual consultations through the store, our Instagram are full of guidance. For personalised advice, feel free to reach out via instagram.

How do I know how much to feed my dog?
Each product page includes feeding guidelines specific to that product. As a general rule, treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake.

My dog has allergies — how do I know which products are safe?
Because all our products are single ingredient, you always know exactly what your dog is eating. If your dog has a known allergy, simply avoid that ingredient. Message us if you need help navigating the range.

How long does delivery take?
1-3 business days across the UAE after dispatch. Same-day delivery available in select Dubai areas — contact us on instagram.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

What is House of Hounds?
House of Hounds is a licensed Saluki and sighthound rescue organization based in UAE with sister organizations in the USA and Europe. Our founder adopted all six of her rescues through HOH.

Where does the money from the rescue collection go?
100% of profits from the House of Hounds collection — t-shirts, collars, and rescue merchandise — goes directly to the shelter. No deductions, no margins. Every fils counts.
