Our Promise
Every Nama product is made with care and quality checked before it leaves us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order via Instagram or email with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Change of mind returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you’re unsure about a product, reach out to us before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose the right treat for your dog.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
